Stone Pro, LLC is a growing concrete and masonry construction firm based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and our innovative solutions, skilled workforce, and exceptional service are the key drivers of success on projects. We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Concrete Finisher with  knowledge of commercial concrete construction, a care for safety and quality, and can work independently while performing the duties listed below.

Role

• Assist with moving materials, equipment, formwork, and miscellaneous tools throughout jobsite.
• Assist with site preparation including but not limited to grading and compaction of stone base.
• Build and set forms for pouring concrete.
• Apply form oil.
• Place and properly tie concrete reinforcing including mesh and rebar.
• Shovel, pour, and spread concrete.
• Strip, clean, and organize formwork following use.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean jobsite.
• Finish concrete with use of screeds, floats, trowels, and/or broom.
• Apply sealer to finished concrete.
• Operate and maintain power tools.
• Must have experience with walk-behind and/or ride-on power trowels.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3 years of Finishing Experience with the following:
• Hand Tools (magging/floating)
• Walk Behind – Helicopter (riding preferred)
• Clean Driving Record
• Good Attendance is a MUST!!
• References REQUIRED

• SIGN-ON BONUS:

• $500 Sign-on Bonus after 90 days on the job
• $500 Referral Bonus after employee completes 90 days on the job
