Construction Equipment & Fleet Mechanic

Pay: $30–36/hour
Benefits: Medical • Dental • ESOP (company-funded retirement)
Schedule: Steady year-round work • Overtime when necessary
Location: Eau Claire WI
 

Primary Responsibilities

- Maintain and repair construction equipment and fleet vehicles
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic issues
- Maintain shop organization and safety

Additional Responsibilities (Plus)

- Hauling equipment to and from jobsites (a plus, not required)
- Field support as needed

Requirements

- Mechanical experience required
- Knowledge of diesel and equipment systems preferred
- Reliable attendance
- Strong troubleshooting skills
